Support the Individual

We recognize the significant challenges and barriers faced by individuals from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds in the built environment sector. These obstacles can often be complex and multifaceted, acting as a barrier to entering a career in the sector.

To address these issues, we provide financial assistance in the form of bursaries for access courses and fund essential assessments for dyslexia and ADHD, through our partnership with UCEM (University College of Estate Management). These assessments are crucial in identifying specific learning needs and enabling appropriate accommodations.

Our commitment extends beyond just financial assistance; we strive to create an environment where diversity including neurodiversity is understood, valued, and accommodated.

We invite you to join us in our mission to create a more diverse, inclusive, and thriving built environment sector for the future. Whether you’re interested in sponsoring our bursary programme and increasing our impact in supporting individuals with neurodiversity, please get in touch.
