The built environment sector has numerous excellent initiatives to engage young people and support their pursuit of careers in this field. However, much of this effort is fragmented and localised around development projects, making it a challenge to measure our collective impact, and leading to some areas getting lots of attention while many others are effectively ignored by the sector.
